We aim to make information, enquiry forms and customer services usable with a keyboard, assistive technology and browser zoom. We are improving labels, navigation, contrast and feedback across the website.

Contact our team and include the page address, what you were trying to do and the difficulty you encountered. If you wish, tell us the browser or assistive technology you used and your preferred way to receive a reply. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Continuous improvement
We review accessibility alongside design and content updates. Feedback helps us prioritize corrections and discuss an alternative way to help when a website feature is difficult to use.
