Yes. Your business should control its registrar, hosting and email accounts. We request only the access needed for the agreed work.
Are provider and renewal fees included?
They are listed separately unless the proposal explicitly includes them. Registration, hosting, licenses and certificate charges vary by provider.
Can you manage an existing provider?
We review the provider, account access and technical requirements first. Some changes require the provider to act directly.
Will you track renewals?
Renewal responsibility and any reminders or monitoring must be included in the agreed management plan.
What information should I send first?
Send the domain, provider name and a description of the task. Do not submit passwords or private keys through the public enquiry form.
