Frequently asked questions
Can I request a complete rebuild?
A rebuild needs its own scope. Small milestones may fit the retainer only when explicitly agreed; a subscription does not promise completion of an unlimited backlog.
What happens when the included hours are used?
We pause additional work and discuss a separate quote or the next billing period. No overage is charged without agreement.
Do unused hours roll over?
No. The allowance resets each billing month and reserves delivery capacity for that period.
When will tasks be completed?
Timing depends on scope, priority and access. We agree task estimates and review points. This package does not include emergency or 24-hour coverage.
Can I cancel?
Use the subscription controls in your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refer to the agreed service terms for refunds and handover.
