We scope work for WordPress, custom PHP, Laravel, ecommerce sites and Linux hosting. For hosted platforms such as Shopify, investigation focuses on account access, apps and storefront changes within the access the platform permits.
Can you guarantee that a site will never be hacked again?
No. We document the issues addressed and recommend updates, access controls and monitoring that reduce risk. Ongoing maintenance remains important.
Should I delete suspicious files before contacting you?
Avoid making uncontrolled changes. Preserve available backups and logs, restrict access where appropriate and explain the symptoms so a recovery plan can be agreed.
Is emergency response included?
Availability, response expectations and any priority fee are confirmed before work starts. Do not assume continuous coverage unless it is included in your agreement.
What will I receive after the work?
