Frequently asked questions
Which platforms can you maintain or migrate?
We assess WordPress, Laravel, PHP and ecommerce sites. Shopify and other hosted platforms have different migration and management boundaries, which we explain during scoping.
Will a migration preserve everything?
We inventory the content, database, integrations and URLs, then agree what can transfer. Some platform features need rebuilding rather than direct copying.
Can you move business email as well?
Email migration can be quoted separately. Mailbox size, source access and destination limits affect the plan.
How are changes approved?
We agree maintenance windows and which actions require approval. Material changes should have a backup or rollback plan.
Are new features included in maintenance?
Routine care and new development are different scopes. Your plan specifies the included tasks and how additional work is quoted.
